FRANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This Camp Hox experience is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Cancellation policy: Due to the exclusivity of this experience and the partners involved, we are unable to offer any cancellations. Should you choose to cancel your trip, no refunds will be provided. The only exceptions will be in an event of national or regional Covid-19 restrictions that don’t allow you to travel domestically or in the event of a natural disaster happening outside of all parties control. In the unlikely circumstance that your vehicle is not available for your booking, we will provide you with a similar substitute vehicle, or your booking will either be rescheduled or refunded.
• Your confirmation email must be presented on arrival when collecting your campervan on the first day of your booking. All drivers must be over the age of 21 and present a full UK or EU licence for a minimum of two years. 
• Prior to your trip a credit card deposit fee of 1200€ will be taken by our van partner We Van, that will be refunded within 7 days of the vehicle being returned, subject to the vehicle being returned with an undamaged exterior, interior, and an intact inventory. Such determination will be made by The Hoxton Paris and We Van sole discretion.
• Guest must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel prior to dropping it back to final drop point.
• If your vehicle is returned later than the stated return time of 11am, a late fee shall be payable as follows:
• €250 if the vehicle is returned less than 2 hours late, or 
• 50% of the total rental fee if the vehicle is returned 2 hours or more late. 
• Except to the extent that costs are recovered from a third party, the hirer shall be liable for, and shall indemnify and defend The Hoxton (Paris) Limited, We Van Limited and any of the partners involved in Camp Hox 2021 (and/or any of their respective agents or affiliates) and hold such party harmless from, any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, costs or expenses that it may incur (including, but not limited to, in relation to personal injury or property damage) to the extent resulting from, or arising out of or in connection with the participation of the hirer and their guests (including pets)  in this experience.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither The Hoxton (Paris) Limited nor any of its affiliates, staff, agents or partners shall be in any way liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damage whatsoever (including in relation to personal injury, illness, property damage or loss) that may be incurred or suffered by any Camp Hox 2021 participants.
• All guests must provide proof of address dated within three months of the departure date. All parties must present in a fit state to drive and be able to demonstrate sufficient competence to drive. All parties must be free from Covid-19 symptoms and not subject to any self-isolation or stay at home requirement. Each of The Hoxton (Paris) Limited, We Van and any of the partners involved in Camp Hox 2021 shall have the right to cancel or limit the participation of any hirer or guest in Camp Hox 2021 should it determine in its sole discretion that any party does not comply or meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, or could otherwise cause a risk to themselves or others.
• By booking this experience, you are confirming that your personal details may be shared with We Van and any of the partners involved in Camp Hox 2021 for the purposes of delivering the experience to you. All of our suggested itineraries should be done at your own risk.
• Your booking, these terms and conditions and any dispute in connection with them shall be governed by the French law.

NETHERLANDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This Camp Hox experience is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Cancellation policy: Due to the exclusivity of this experience and the partners involved, we are unable to offer any cancellations. Should you choose to cancel your trip, no refunds will be provided. The only exceptions will be in an event of national or regional Covid-19 restrictions that don’t allow you to travel domestically or in the event of a natural disaster happening outside of all parties control. In the unlikely circumstance that your vehicle is not available for your booking, we will provide you with a similar substitute vehicle, or your booking will either be rescheduled or refunded.
• Your confirmation email must be presented on arrival when collecting your campervan on the first day of your booking. 
• All drivers must be over the age of 20 and present a valid ID for each authorized driver when collecting your campervan, with a driving license of a minimum of 2 years. The campervan is only suitable for manual gear drivers.
• Upon check-in a credit card security deposit fee of €1000 will be required to cover any damages to the vehicle. The full amount will be refunded within 7 days of the vehicle being returned, if presented with an undamaged exterior, interior, and an intact inventory.
• Guest must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel prior to dropping it back to final drop point.

• All parties must present in a fit state to drive and be able to demonstrate sufficient competence to drive. All parties must be free from Covid-19 symptoms and not subject to any self-isolation or stay at home requirement. Each of The Hoxton (Amsterdam) Limited, Ventje and any of the partners involved in Camp Hox 2021 shall have the right to cancel or limit the participation of any hirer or guest in Camp Hox 2021 should it determine in its sole discretion that any party does not comply or meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, or could otherwise cause a risk to themselves or others.
• By booking this experience, you are confirming that your personal details may be shared with ‘Ventje’  and any of the partners involved in Camp Hox 2021 for the purposes of delivering the experience to you. All of our suggested itineraries should be done at your own risk.
• Detailed T&Cs from the van company ‘Ventje’ will be provided at check-in on the first day of booking.
• Your booking, these terms and conditions and any dispute in connection with them shall be governed by the Dutch law.
